Founder and Director of Fundamentals
A licensed bilingual speech-language pathologist (bilingual speech therapist). She received her Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University with a specialty in early childhood development, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and parent coaching. Passionate about research-based approaches and the integration of family into her services.
In her free time, she enjoys cuddling with her dog, watching feel-good shows, and cooking.

Reciprocal Imitation Training: Intervention for young children with autism. It focuses on teaching imitation as a pivotal language, play, and cognition skill. Play-based intervention using naturalistic developmental behavioral approaches.
Enhanced Milieu Teaching: Intervention for young children with language delays. Focuses on teaching children communication through play interactions.

Hi there! I am Abby Atkins, and I look forward to working with your kiddos! I am currently the Speech Pathologist at Eakin Elementary School in Metro Nashville. I enjoy traveling, cooking, spending time with family, exercising, and shopping! My undergraduate degree is from The University of Tennessee Knoxville and my Masters degree is from The University of Memphis School of Communication Sciences and Disorders!

Hello! My name is Damary Valadez, and I am a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow. I'm so excited to be working with Spanish-speaking families and children to support their speech and language needs! A little bit about me: My family is from Mexico, and I grew up in Franklin, TN. I love concerts and I enjoy traveling to new places! I graduated with a Master's degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Tennessee State University in May 2024. I'm looking forward to helping children strengthen their communication skills in both Spanish and English!
